Krasimir Nikolov has been active on the Bulgarian real estate market since its very creation after the fall of the Berlin Wall.
In 1995 he established Artin Invest EOOD, a real estate and consultancy agency.
Since mid 2005 Artin has been working closely with our Scandinavian partners on an exclusive basis. Kabakum Beach Resort is the first product of this fruitful cooperation.
